Information Processing Centre maintains a bilateral partnership with Austria, United Kingdom, Belgium, Belarus, China, Czech Republic, France, Japan, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, USA, Hungary. The scope of the cooperation includes:

exchange of scientific and technical information with particular consideration of the role of the information in the science to economy transfer;

initiation and execution of scientific studies and research and development projects resulting from inter-governmental agreements,

organisation of seminars, exhibitions and conferences aimed at:
- the preparation of Polish scientific institutions to partnership in programmes of the European Union,
- the role of information in the development of new technologies and in the transfer of research results to economy,
- issues dealing with the implementation of innovation at small and medium sized businesses,
- the development of incubators of enterprise and parks of technology;
