Topic: The EU Funding Opportunities - Joint Projects, Exchange of Scientists and other Activities

The Information Processing Centre (Warsaw, Poland), jointly with the International Centre for Scientific and Technical Information (Moscow, Russia), have the honour to invite you to attend the annual seminar Scientific and Technical Information in Central and Eastern Europe, which has been hold regularly for a few years now. The Fourteenth International Seminar will be focused on the issues referred to the EU funding opporutnities for joint projects, exchange of scientists and other activities.

The scope of themes will include the following issues:
1. Science, innovations - regions development
2. Initiative of Vysehrad group

The venue: Zakopane, Hotel "Rzemieślnik", ul. Makuszyńskiego 12
The official languages: English and Russian
Cost of participation: EUR 210, - covers board and lodging since dinner on September 28 till lunch on October 1, conference materials and a cultural programme.

Applications, including a copy of the remittance document enclosed, along with proposals of themes, summary of lecture, author information, should be mailed to the Information Processing Centre. The deadline is June 30, 2005. When applying please let us know whether or not any invitation for obtaining the Polish visa is required.
